Accreditation in telehealth matters now more than ever
Telehealth in Australia still faces a lack of specific mandated standards, which means it is not always clear to patients which services they can trust.
Moshy welcomes government involvement in developing clear, robust industry standards to help telehealth continue delivering essential healthcare to millions of Australians.
Until it does, however, we have adopted industry-leading safety and accountability systems that ensure patients have the best care possible.
Our accreditation means that:
- Every plan is reviewed by AHPRA-registered practitioners following clinical governance protocols, ensuring your care is both safe and accountable.
- Our prescribing practices are regularly reviewed to ensure they meet the standards set by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care.
- Patients at Moshy consult directly with qualified practitioners, no shortcuts. We make time for your questions, your concerns, and your understanding of your treatment.
- Our clinical team undergoes regular peer review, training, and internal audits.

How we keep patients safe
It’s important that our accreditation isn’t abstract, but reflected in real safety measures which we implement all through our system of care.
When you come to Moshy as a patient, we have clear processes at each stage to ensure that your care is delivered safely, effectively, as well as efficiently across your journey:
- Consultation - At Moshy, every treatment plan is made with care. Practitioners assess your medical background, current health, and treatment goals to ensure any treatment is safe and suitable. Video calls, follow-ups, or extra screening may be included to get it right.
- Aftercare - Our practitioners stay involved in your care after treatment begins, with regular check-ins to monitor progress and manage any side effects.
- Holistic support - Many health concerns are linked, so our practitioners take a holistic view, offering additional care like nutrition planning, and dietitian services to help treat the underlying causes.
Raising the bar for safe, reliable telehealth
Our approach to healthcare for women is designed with integrity, care, and medical expertise. From how we manage treatments to how we follow up with our patients, we’ve built our robust systems around safety - and then had them independently reviewed and recognised at a national level.
We believe digital healthcare can and must be just as safe, reliable and professional as traditional in-clinic care, and we’re committed to setting that standard.
